Viewing and Managing Payments
The Payments page shows a list of all payment records in your business, including payroll payments to employees and CRA tax remittances.
Province will also email you when a payment is coming due:
Employee payments: You’ll get an email reminder when the payment is due in less than 2 business days.
CRA tax remittances: You’ll be notified when the payment is due in less than 7 business days.
⚠️ While 7 days may seem early, CRA requires pre-authorized debit payments to be scheduled 5 business days before the actual due date. We're giving you a 2-day buffer to make sure you have time to act.
These reminders are designed to help you stay compliant and avoid late payments.
